Source: Data were submitted by Southern Scientific Center (Rostov-on-Don,
Russia). These data were copied from Matishov, G.'s external hard drive 
while he was visiting NODC. Data were digitized by submitting institute in the
'bioxls' comma separated value format. The format description information can
be found on NODC's Data Data Formats & Codes web page at:
http://www.nodc.noaa.gov/General/NODC-datafmts.html
Dataset includes replacement with better quality data from accessions
0039988 and 0000152.

Actions: These data were copied to the 0-data directory of the accession, and
a lon/lat file and map were generated based on extracted information from the
data.

This directory contains files created by NODC staff, email correspondence,
and other 'negotiable' information between NODC staff and the data provider.

0072200_lonlat.txt - Contains sample locations for these data.  Each row
                     contains the geographical position where these data were
                     collected (longitude in the left column and latitude in
                     the right column, both in degrees).  NODC may have
                     corrected geographic positions that seemed to be in error
                     when generating this file.  However, NODC did not change
                     the original data files under the directory data/0-data/.
