          via email attachment in file H12311_NODC.zip. 


Actions:  These data were uncompressed under the directory data/0-data and the zip file was then 
          removed from the accession. The unzipped data files are in ascii format.

This directory contains files generated by NODC with ancillary information about the submission.

         0-email.txt - E-mail from NOS personnel notifying NODC that files associated with survey 
         H12311 were being submitted via email attachment.
 
         0073870_lonlat.txt - Station locations for these data.  Each row contains the geographic 
         position for each station (longitude then latitude, in decimal degrees). NODC may have 
         corrected geographic positions that seemed to be in error when generating this file.  
         However, NODC did not change the original data files under the directory data/0-data/.
 
         0073870_map.jpg - Station location map for these data.
