Cruise Objective:   Conduct GLOBEC Broad Scale Survey of Georges Bank
Science Activities: 1. sampling the hydrography, nutrients, zooplankton,
                    ichthyoplankton,chlorophyll and surface phytoplankton
                    at a grid of approximately 40 standard locations.
                    Sampling will use the following sys: CTD/rosette, bongo
                    nets, plankton pumps, 1-m MOCNESS and 10-m MOCNESS.
                    2. Underway ADCP and met data will also be collected.
                    3. Deploy drifters
