Notes:                   1) Many moorings to be handled. Will require 3

                         2) Require 300kHz vs 150kHz ADCP due to
                         interference from deployed instrumentation
                         3) Experiment is a multiple ship operation;
                         require VHF comm between ships in labs as well as
                         bridge.
                         4) Need to establish a common navigation baseline
                         or origin for use with all ships.
