Cruise Objective:   Our primary tasks are: 1) recover the bottom section of
                    the CLIMODE surface mooring in the vicinity of the Gulf
                    Stream at 38.5*N, 65*W and 2) recover a surface mooring
                    near the Martha's Vineyard Coastal Observatory.* We will
                    do the CLIMODE recovery first.
