Notes:                   1) Many moorings and guard buoys to be handled.
                         May require 2 legs.
                         2) Require 300kHz vs 150kHz ADCP due to
                         interference from deployed instrumentation
                         3) Who provides the CTD?? the flurometer
                         4) Require access to the ship on 4th of July
                         weekend
                         5) Experiment is a multiple ship operation;
                         require VHF comm between ships in labs as well as
                         bridge.
                         6) Need to establish a common navigation baseline
                         or origin for use with all ships.
