Notes:                   1) Many moorings and guard buoys to be handled.
                         2) Will recover/redeploy BASS tripods.
                         3) Require 300kHz vs 150kHz ADCP due to
                         interference from deployed instrumentation
                         4) Who provides the CTD?? the flurometer??
                         5) Experiment is a multiple ship operation;
                         require VHF comm between ships in labs as well as
                         bridge.
                         6) Need to establish a common navigation baseline
                         or origin for use with all ships.
