    I have an existing set of data and metadata accessioned under 0074611. It covers 1993-07-01 to 2018-10-06. I would like to 
update the package with a new data file that will include data up to 2019-10-09, along with an updated EDDF and additional 
calibration files. Our previous data manager was instructed to upload the files (a .zip file in this case) to your FTP site.

    Please advise on if I should also upload to the FTP site. I would be submitting a similar .zip file as our previous
