Hello -

Unfortunately, the Send2NCEI tool repeatedly refused to let me log in so I have sent a submission to the pub/incoming folder using ftp. The filename is NPS_SEAN_to_NODC_2016.zip. This is an update of 
detailed oceanographic data already contained in accession #0074611. The zip reflects all years from 1993-2016 and supersedes the previous version which ran only through 2015.

I look forward to hearing when this has successfully been loaded into the repository.
