Good morning -

Thanks for the instructions - I had been unaware of the pub/incoming
directory. I uploaded NPS-to-NODC.zip successfully using the Microsoft
command line ftp client. The zip contains the EDDF, which references the
additional files in the package. I look forward to hearing how well this
meets your submission requirements.
