Hi Mei-Lin,

There was a bit too much to go on our ftp site.
There is no software on the DVD - only netCDF format files.

The metadata information is all available from the filenames.

The files are named b0xxxxxx.qxf where xxxxxx is a 6 or 7 digit reference number.
That reference number forms the URL where all the metadata/documentation can be 
found ie

http://wwwdev.bodc.ac.uk/data/documents/series/xxxxxx/
