This directory contains files generated by NODC with ancillary information
about the data submission.

0-email.txt - E-mail from Pat Caldwell notifying NODC that he uploaded data
              to the NODC FTP server.

0051075_lonlat.txt - Contains sample locations for these data.  Each row
                     contains the geographical position where these data were
                     collected (longitude in the left column and latitude in
                     the right column, both in degrees).  NODC may have
                     corrected geographic positions that seemed to be in error 
                     when generating this file.  However, NODC did not change the
                     original data files under the directory data/0-data/.

0051075_map.jpg - Sample location map for these data.

FGDCmetadata.txt - FGDC metadata record for these data.

simple_metadata.txt - Format descriptions and other metadata for these data. 

data/0-data/
This directory contains the data and metadata files that were unzipped and
copied to this directory.

A final report from the US Army Corps of Engineers was received in
January 2011 and added to this directory prior to publishing this
accession.

This directory contains data and metadata files that were converted by NODC 
from their originally submitted format to an archival format.
