Cruise Objective:   Mooring operations in support of the GLOBEC eastern
                    flank frontal exchange moored array program. These
                    operations include:
Science Activities: 1. Recover NFS toroid mooring
                    2. Deploy a discus mooring at NFS with instumentation
                    from the NFS toroid mooring.
                    3. Deploy a guard mooring with an argos/seacat system
                    at EF.
                    4. Deploy an argos beacon on the EF toroid buoy if
                    necessary.
                    5. Deploy a guard mooring with an argos/seacat system
                    at NECW if necessary.
