Pat,

I have put a file named wera_oahu_bis.mat on your ftp site (I first
tried but it did not work, hence wera_oahu.mat is empty) with the
HF-radars data.
The data are in a struct variable called wera.
There is a description of the data in wera.readme, with a reference to a
paper to be published in JPO (not finished yet...).
