This directory contains files generated by NODC with ancillary information
about the data submission.

0-email.txt- email from Scott Mowery indicating the data has been placed on the
	NODC ftp server.

0053671_lonlat.txt-  file with longitude and latitude coordinates extracted
	from the 0-data NetCDF files global attributes.  The coordinates were
	extracted using single precision floating point format, though this does
	not accurately reflect the number of significant digits for the 
	coordinates data.

0053671_map.jpg-  An NODC generated map depicting the distribution of the
	coordinates from the 0053671_lonlat.txt file.

Basic_Sampling_Interval.csv - Metadata for the files in the Basic_Sampling_Interval
			      directory in data/0-data/. Non-ASCII characters
			      represent information that did not transfer over
			      from the NetCDF's binary format.  

data/0-data/
This directory contains files submitted to NODC by liaison Scott Mowery, which
reflect various data and metadata from the USGS Woods Hole Science Center
database.  The .pdf files are cruse reports.  Metadata about relevant cruises
and field work are also represented in the .kml files.  Other documentation
files have .txt, .png, and .html extensions.

Basic Sampling Interval- a directory which contains NetCDF files in their
	native sampling frequency.
