                       Request use of WHOI mooring winch and air tuggers, 2
                       extension, pick-up poles with a 1/4" female square
                       shank on the end, wheel stand (as on previous
                       cruises);NO tip plate or rails needed on this
                       recovery-only trip. Request Jim McGill for Bosn as
                       he is most familar with our operations and
                       requirements for recoveries; and Patrick Rowe as
                       Science/CTD Tech.
Notes:                 Mooring recoveries require some crew assistance on
                       deck.

                       Retrieved sediment trap samples containing 4%
                       formalin in seawater solution will be sealed and
                       transported off ship. We will bring a formalin spill
                       kit on the cruise.
