This directory contains files generated by NODC with ancillary data about the
data submission.

0-email.txt - Email text sent to the NODC Data Officer from Chris Lernihan 
	stating the data was uploaded to the ftp site. 

0063576_lonlat.txt - Each row contains the geographical location of a CTD cast 
	from the Line W cruise.  The geographical coordinates are reported to
	four significant decimal places in the decimal degrees format.  These 
	values were converted from the degrees, decimal minutes format from in 
	the CTD cast summary file .sum in the 0-data directory (see below).

0063576_map.jpg - Image of CTD cast locations at a fine scale resolution, 
	containing an inset image with the bounding box in the global context.

This directory contains files submitted to NODC by Chris Lernihan.

The file LineW_2005apr.tar.gz was copied and unzipped to the 0-data file in 
NODC accession 0063576.  Another file, 2005apr.whp_ctd.zip from the first file
extraction, contained various ASCII files with the .ctd extension that were
unzipped to the 0-data file.  The .ctd extension indicates that the file
contains a CTD profile.  Bottle cast data are available in the file with the
whp_btl extension.  A summary of station data is in the .sum file.  Files with
the extensions .rtf, .txt, and .pdf have metadata and documentation for the
Line W profile data submitted by the data provider.
