Subject  	SIO HD XBT PX05 data submission

Hi Melanie,
I put the file p05.tar.gz on ftp.nodc.noaa.gov:/pub/incoming.
This is our newest transect along PX05, running Brisbane to
Yokohama.   It contains 3 transects: 0908, 0910, 1001 (yymm).

I added probe type, recorder type, data quality class, and
quality control codes to each "e" file.   See README.sio
for the updated format of the "e" file.

Let me know if this new format makes sense and if it's injestible
into your system.  I modified our XBT data editor to add these
extra codes.   I'd like to know if it's actually working and/or
what changes I might need to make.
