The files on this CD-ROM are all in Adobe Acrobat .pdf 
format. You must install Acrobat Reader 3.0 to access 
the .pdf files. Previous versions of Acrobat Reader 
will cause irregularities in viewing and printing, so 
make sure you use version 3.0.

There are Acrobat Reader 3.0 applications for Macintosh, 
Windows, and UNIX platforms locatd in the MAC, WINDOWS, 
and UNIX sub-directories of the ACROBAT directory. Please
follow the installation instructions in the README files
in these sub-directories.

Once you have installed Acrobat Reader 3.0, please open
the GUIDE.PDF file inside the directory named by state
(i.e., CALIF, N_CAROL, DELAWARE).  It gives an overview 
of the contents of this CD, and will link to the rest of 
the files.
