Notes:
Buoy 44007 went adrift, no data, on 6/9/09 and was re-deployed on 
6/11/09 at the same location.
Buoy 44066 was deployed on 6/19/09 at 39:34:59N 72:36:02W and failed, no 
data, on 6/26/09.
Buoy 46066 was deployed on 6/29/09 at 52:44:14N 154:57:40W.
Buoy 46086 failed, no data, on 6/19/09.
Buoy 51000 went adrift, no data, on 6/4/09.
Station SGOF1 failed, no data, on 6/10/09.
