Cruise Objective:   To test LAPIS (Large Area Plankton Imaging System), a
                    towed digital video imaging and sensor system, being
                    developed at WHOI. We plan on blue-water diving
                    operations from a Zodiac.

                       unused preservative will be taken back to our lab in
                       Redfield
Notes:                 Plan to deploy VPR as soon as possible upon
                       departure - can be towed at full speed off stern.
