This directory contains files generated by NODC with ancillary information
about the data submission.

0051846_lonlat.txt - Buoy locations for these data.  Each row contains the
                     geographical position for a buoy (longitude in the left
                     column and latitude in the right column, both in
                     degrees).

0051846_map.jpg - Buoy location map for these data.

0-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC notifying NODC that four files, which contain
              buoy data collected during February 2009, are ready to be
              downloaded and archived.

1-email.txt - E-mail from NODC stating that Buoy 41048 had been restored to
	      service on 10 February 2009, that the FEB2009_ARCH1 had been 
	      updated to incorporate this change, and that NODC may now 
	      download and archive the updated data file.
