End User Licence Agreement

Notice to User:

This is a contract between you and the UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO) of Admiralty Way, Taunton, TA1 2DN, United Kingdom. By not returning this cd you accept unconditionally all the terms and conditions of this contract.

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this contract you should return the data to the UKHO.

UKHO grants you a non-exclusive licence to use and copy the data provided that you agree to the following:

This agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights. The data are the intellectual property of the Crown and its licensors and are protected by English law, international treaty provisions and applicable laws of the country in which they are being used. Any copies that you make pursuant to this contract must contain the same copyright and other proprietary notices that appear on this CD.

Governing Law and General Provisions

This contract shall be governed in all respects in accordance with English law.

This contract is the entire agreement between you and UKHO relating to the data and supersedes any prior representations, discussions, undertakings, end user licence agreements, communications or advertising relating to the data.

If any part of this contract is found void or otherwise unenforceable that finding shall not operate to affect the validity of the rest of this contract, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

This contract will terminate automatically upon any failure by you to comply with its terms.

This contract may only be varied in accordance with express terms agreed to by a duly authorised employee of UKHO.
