This directory contains files generated by NODC with ancillary information
about the data submission.

0000789_lonlat.txt - Sampling locations for these data.  Each row contains the
                     geographical position for a sample site (longitude in the
                     left column and latitude in the right column, both in
                     degrees).

0000789_map.jpg - Sampling site location map for these data.

0-email.txt - E-mail from Tammy Small, in which she notifies NODC that she has
              submitted these data and explains the structure of the data files
              and directories.

Data_Liability_Policy.txt - Statement of the Federal government's data
                            liability policy.

Metadata_Dissemination_Statement.txt - Guidelines under which data may be
                                       disseminated.

Under this directory are the original files as submitted by NERRS CDMO to NODC.
Note: None of the files under the "water quality" directory on the submitted CD,
which Tammy Small mentioned in her e-mail, were included here, because they
were inadvertently included in her submission and many of them were unreadable
or corrupted.

data/0-data/XXX/ (where XXX is a reserve identifier)
Under these directories are files containing data collected within each reserve
and metadata.
