Cruise Objective:   Mid-frequency underwater acoustics under the influence
                    of surface, water column, and bottom variabilities.
                    Transmit and receive sound with moored arrays. Chirp
                    sonar survey, and in situ sediment probes.

                       buoy, as high as possible
                       (5) Yoo-yoo CTDs for 5-6 hours once. (EC 8/2) use
                       science party internal recording, ships as a backup)
                       PI would like to visit the ship in San Diego in May
                       (EC 4/13)

                       Science party will be bringing an internally
                       recording CTD, will need hydrowire for deployment
                       (EC 4/14).
