                       Basis plan is to deploy the moorings, operate the
                       Scanfish for two weeks and recover
                       the moorings.

                       We will be using the U. Delaware Scanfish for the
                       hydrographic survey.
                       UDEL winch is 63 inches X 59 inches, w/ deckplates
                       foorprint will be 6 ft X 6 ft..
                       Power required on the UDEL winch is 46 amps @ 460
                       VAC, wt = 5800 lbs

                       We will also want to do a few CTD casts to calibrate
                       the fluorometer.

                       The mooring array will consist of several bottom
                       mounted ADCPs and thermistor chains
                       1 each Tripod (ADCP) mooring
                       1 each guard buoy mooring
                       3 each bottom Tripods
                       3 each light Tidbit Moorings
