We will need all 6 pairs of majors water samplers, and the ICLs. Are there small niskins that can go on the sub if needed? We will be recovering and deploying recording temperature probes (Hobos and Vemcos). We will likely need to put out markers as the ones that were there appear to be gone. George Luther's chemical probe (needs RS232). Marv Lilley's res probe (nees an RS-232 connection via a ICL loop that he will provide to talk to the instrument). Notes: Luther and Lilley will want to bring PCs in the sub to talk with their probes. They are aware of the 'sniff test' requirements. Flammable Gases - Working with PI's on disposal Hilton/Tryon cruise will leave gear aboard to be offloaded in San Diego including 1 cu ft. of -70 deg freezer space EC 6/15: Relay transponder used for tow cam, sed trap deployments. Sievert: elevator to deploy a McLane WTS-LV sampler to filter large volumes of diffuse flow and snow-blower vents for subsequent microbial community analyses. The specifications of the pump are the following: Dimensions: Length: 92 cm, Width: 60 cm, Height: 30 cm Weight: In air/water 51 kg/34 kg We would envision to deploy the elevator maybe 3 times during the cruise, possibly more, depending on the overall scheme of things Navy Clearance Status: Granted 06/14/06: WITHIN 50 NM RADIUS OF 09-50N 104-17W DURING PERIOD 180700Z JUN THRU 060700Z JUL 06 Last Modified: 07/20/2006 Check List: Required?
