IMET - wind speed/dir, airT, RH, SW, barom 2 Transducer well holes (2 small, 1 large - holes are currently empty) Transducers to be installed during maintenance period by SSSG. WHOI-Provided Science MOCNESS - minimal casts expected. - casts through Tools: starboard side of A-Frame using CTD Wire. Portable SEAMAC winch w/sliprings to be used with 0.322 coaxial wire - 2nd profiler from 01 deck on hydroboom Program-Provided Turbulance profiling package - expect to drift or Science Tools: run at 1-2 knots maximum - might be deployed for days through A-Frame. Winch for profiling package Transducer pole mounted on port side - "Outfall pipe" with 1200 kHz ADCP, will not extend below the keel. Shipboard GPS Navigation Equipment/Nav: Other Requirements: Night Work Anticipated Notes: After departure, find an appropriate location to depth and dunk test profilers. Arrive at SW06 site by next morning. Run profiles for one day on established track to determine area characteristics Follow wave packets towards shore and approach shore line as close as possible. estimated 2-3 days for each wave packet.
