                     geographical position for a buoy (longitude in the left
                     column and latitude in the right column, both in degrees).

0-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC notifying NODC that four files, which contain
              buoy data collected during June, 2008, are ready to be
              downloaded and archived. 

1-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC notifying NODC that the June 2008 files were
	      updated.
