These data were received as a DVD product by S. Phillips of NODC from
Jill Petersen, NOS Hazardous Materials Response Branch, Seattle, in
February of 2007. 

An ISO standard disk image was created in 0-data/disk_image to enable a
exact replicate disk to be produced, if appropriate software is
available. 

Files are .PDF maps, ArcInfo Coverage Export (.e00) files, and some FGDC
metadata for the Great Lakes and waterways; the files were copied to
0-data/disk_contents directory.
