Version2.2: This version of this accession was created to include additional
data from 2004 and 2006 in 1-email.txt and 2-email.txt. This revision also brings'
this accession up to current archiving standards. The extraneous processing
files, 0002299_box.txt and 0002299_map.png were removed.  The 0002299_map.jpg was
regenerated with a caption.  The title, abstract and start date were updated to 
reflect the new date range.

  Email from Robert Olson, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute (WHOI), to NCEI sub-
  mitting these phytoplankton cell counts data for archive.

0002299_lonlat.txt - 
  Contains sample locations for these data.  Each row contains the geographical
  position where these data were collected (longitude in the left column and
  latitude in the right column, both in degrees).  NCEI may have corrected 
  geographic positions that seemed to be in error when generating this file.  
  However, NCEI did not change the original data files under the directory 
  data/0-data/.
