Dear Frank,
   I would like to submit to NODC our data on phytoplankton cell counts from our 
moored submersible flow cytometer at Martha's Vineyard Coastal Observatory.  I 
have attached a text file for the 2003 data (FCB2003.txt).

The location where the data was collected is:  41  20.200N,   070  33.388W    
(MVCO "sea node"; water depth = 12 m, but sampling depth was 4 m).

The method is described in detail in the following publication:
