Data were obtained from David Ward at Florida Marine Research Institute
(FMRI).

Actions:

Two compressed .zip files were copied to data/0-data/. The originator
file 0-data/nodc1.zip, which contains all of the original GIS data files, was
uncompressed/unzipped into data/0-data/nodc1/. The originator file nodc3.zip,
which contains documentation associated with the files in nodc1.zip,
was uncompressed/unzipped into data/0-data/nodc3/. There was no 'nodc2.zip'
file from the data provider.

A MS Word file from the data provider is included in data/0-data/. NODC
staff created an Adobe Acrobat PDF file using the PDF/A-1b 2005 (RGB)
format standard, which is included in data/1-data/ using the same file
name as the original.
