Text:  NODC/OCL GODAR digitization format (comma-separated-values)
       These data were manually entered into a MS Excel spreadsheet
       by NODC personnel and /or contractors from the original source.
       The MS Excel spreadsheet was subsequently saved as the .xls file
       and as a comma-delimited ascii text in the .csv file.  The
       CSV_format_description.html can be found in the /about directory.
