The lonlat.txt file was produced using the "OBS" files of the "/data/0-data/"
 subdirectories filtering out duplicate latitude-longitude coordinates and
 coordinates where the latitude value equals the longitude value.

All of the longitude values in the "OBS" files that display positive integers should
 be negative integers to accurately portray the cruise route.  These values were
 changed in the lonlat.txt file.  However, no actions were taken in the originator's
 files.

The map.jpg file was created using the lonlat.txt file.
