Source:  Temperature profile data received at NODC on 07/19/04 by Ricardo Locarnini digitized from
"Oceanographic Data Report USS Archerfish (AGSS-311) January 1961 to March 1962", Academia
Sinica; Insitute of Atmospheric Physics. A copy of the digitized material can be found 
in NODC/Ocean Climate Laboratory.  

File format:  NODC/OCL GODAR digitization format (comma-separated-values)
These data were manually entered into a MS Excel spreadsheet by NODC personnel 
and /or contractors from the original source.  The MS Excel spreadsheet was 
subsequently saved as the .xls file and as a comma-delimited ascii text in the .csv file.

The original data should remain in the archives until it can be processed.
