Frank,

 I've just placed on the NODC anonymous ftp site, one file of SO GLOBEC
 chlorophylls data resulting from the NBP0104 cruise.
 I've annotated into the file header, the
 documentation that describes the methodology, etc for the data as well
 as a brief description of parameters, including the use of the
 julian decimal day and the reference P.I. for further information
regards the data and conventions therein.
 Have also attached the data transmittal for the data set.

* This is the same type of data as my transmittal #136,
  NODC Access. no. 0000787 (9/23/02).

 You should have the cruise report via my last transmittal.....
