         Buoy, Time Series Data Sets,San Nicolas, CA (stn. 067), San Pedro, CA (stn. 092) and
         Dana Pt., CA (stn. 096)

Frank:

I have placed on the NODC anonymous ftp site, one (1) .zip file, when opened,
contains 6 files of coastal directional wave rider buoy, averaged wave period and sea
surface temperatures, time series data sets,2002 to mid 2003 (see info below).  Time
series measurements are half hourly.  I have sent the year 2002 data sets as replacements for
those previously sent as these are the entire year data set.  Please replace previous submission
with these data (see references below).
 I have also included an informational file describing the CDIP 
program.  File headers within each file describe the buoy ID, location, station activity
log and parameters format.  The data were received courtesy of the CDIP/SCRIPPS
web server.  These are "coastal ocean" data sets.
