Please be advised that file NOV2007_ARCH1 contains a duplicate record
for station 41036. The duplicate record contains the Station ID = 41I36.
This file was renamed as 41036 but the source file apparently was not
removed from the NOV2007_ARCH1 file. Please discard "41I36" from this
archive.  I will try to avoid this mistake again.

Regret any confusion that this error may have created.
