Buoy 41012 was recovered for service on 11/26/07 and re-deployed on
11/29/07.
Buoy 42080 was re-deployed on 11/30/07 at 24:23:17N  081:56:55W.
Buoy 45001 was recovered for the winter on 11/28/07.
Buoy 45005 was recovered for the winter on 11/26/07.
Buoy 45006 was recovered for the winter on 11/27/07.
Buoy 45012 was recovered for the winter on 11/11/07.
Buoy 46025 was exchanged on 11/27/07 at 33:44:20N  119:03:20W.
Buoy 46027 failed, no data, on 11/24/07.
Buoy 46063 was restored to service on 11/27/07.
Buoy 46076 failed, no data, on 11/26/07.
Buoy 46080 went adrift, no data, on 11/25/07.
Station NWPO3 failed, no data, on 11/26/07 and was restored to service
on 11/30/07.
Station THIN6 failed, no data, on 11/04/07 and was restored to service
on 11/17/07.
