This version was created to move the revised file, SEP2007_ARCH1, from the 1-data/ directory
to the 0-data/ directory. The 1-data/ was created in error and was removed in this version. 
Additional information about the revised file is availalbe under 2-email.txt below.

about the data submission.

0035551_lonlat.txt - 
  Buoy locations for these data.  Each row contains the geographical position for a buoy 
  (longitude in the left column and latitude in the right column, both in degrees).

0035551_map.jpg - 
  Buoy location map for these data.

0-email.txt - 
  E-mail from NDBC notifying NCEI that four files, which contain buoy data collected during 
  September 2007, are ready to be downloaded and archived.                                      

1-email.txt - 
  E-mail from NDBC notifying NCEI that an error was found in file SEP2007_ARCH2 and that a 
  revised file is ready to be downloaded and archived.  NCEI copied the revised file to the
  directory data/0-data/.

2-email.txt - 
  E-mail from NDBC notifying NODC that an error was found in file SEP2007_ARCH1.  NCEI corrected 
  the error and copied the revised file to the directory data/0-data/.

F291_format.html - 
  Description of the F291 data file format.

data/0-data/
This directory contains the data files as submitted, or resubmitted for the
file SEP2007_ARCH2, to NODC and downloaded by NODC from the NDBC FTP site.

SEP2007_ARCH1 - Data file in NODC F291 format without any newline characters.
SEP2007_ARCH2 - Data file in NODC F291 format without any newline characters.
SEP2007_ARCH3 - Data file in NODC F291 format without any newline characters.
SEP2007_ARCH4 - Data file in NODC F291 format without any newline characters.

                file 2-email.txt in the directory about/.  The original file
                SEP2007_ARCH1 is in the directory data/0-data/.
