Notes:
Buoy 44007 was re-deployed 6/6/07 at 43:31:53N  70:08:40W.
Buoy 46080 was restored to service on 6/6/07.
Buoy 46083 was re-deployed on 6/17/07 at 58:14:55N  137:59:36W.
Buoy 46086 was restored to service on 6/18/07.
Station FBIS1 was restored to service on 6/15/07.
