Objectives/ Scope of the Project : i ) To deploy a directional wave rider bouy at a waterdepth of about 27m, at a distance of about 15km off Mormugoa Port. ii ) To measure the directional wave characteristics such as wave height, wave direction and wave period for a period of about 12 months . iii ) To estimate the design wave characteristics and to provide the wave statistical parameters.

Present Status : Ongoing

Work Plan with Phases/ Milestones : Project will be completed in May 1997 and report will be submitted in June 1997.
