To create awareness of Institute's potential & develop business opportunities on maritime activitieswith Government agencies, industrial houses and civic bodies and to promote working relationships with strategic partners.
Core Group:
* To achieve international quality standards for the products of the Institute.
* To organise the purchase of vessels when economically necessary or otherwise.
* To identify, negotiate & purchase land for expansion of the activities of the Institute.
* To establish dynamic local offices, laboratories and liason in India & abroad.
* To advantageously manage the portfolio of the Institute to gain enhanced leverage.
* To identify and liase with MNCs through the signing of MOUs, agreements and contracts.
