Hi, I'm Sagar Bhate. I am a final year student of Regional Engineering College. I developed the CSIR Web pages as a part of my project training at the National Institute of Oceanography.

The pages were developed in Netscape Communicator 4.0 and the background was created in Paint Shop Pro. The Animations were created by using Alchemy's GIF Costruction Set.
