Research Experience

Over Thirty two years of experience in conducting and guiding researches on several aspects of Geophysical modelling (Geodynamical/geomagnetic/Hydrogeological) especially those related to thermal and mechanical evolution of continental and oceanic lithosphere, hydromagnetic waves in the earth's liquid core and nonlinear geophysical phenomena. Management of R&D work of CSIR Centre for Mathematical Modelling and Computer Simulation (C-MMACS) since April 1996. Guiding researches leading to Ph.D. degree. Visited Canada, USA, France, Germany and USSR for conducting researches and scientific discussions/lectures. Participated in confidential work related to CSIR JRF examination. Participated in planning to the new CSIR center for mathematical modelling and computer simulation.
