CMDAC has prepared an alternate version of this file in which the
speed spikes have been smoothed by linear interpolation. In addition,
11 hours of below-threshhold speeds on 14 Apr 89 that appear to
represent a rotorcounter failure have been excised. Both the original
version of the file and the alternate are available at this site.
