    CDROM as well as a printed copy of the report were submitted by
    George Heimerdinger, NODC Liaison at Woods Hole, Mass.

Action(s):

   The data and digital technical report were copied to subdirectory
   "data/0-data" and then submitted to the NOAA Library, Silver Spring,
   Maryland.
