These data files are those drifters that were transmitting between
1992 and 1994.  I have included the entire track of these
drifters. All of them had their drogues.

The fields are as follows: month, day, year, longitude, latitude,
temperature, U, V, and speed.

U,V Speed is in cm/sec, 
temperature is deg C.
Longitude is >180 and <360 for west longitudes.
