COMMENTS: WDC-A has Eastropac Atlas set (NMFS/NOAA pubs)
	containing methodology descriptions. La Jolla
	Bureau of Commercial Fisheries entered as NMFS
	(current name of institution). Oceanographer
	cruise OP given an icruise of 100 during conversion
	to OCL format. GMT was not provided, and was
	calculated from longitude.
	The originator's datafile still
	contains local time, not GMT. Some SHF data were
	not keyed and are in the datafile as 0.00.
	These data were all taken with 1 meter ring net, 
	mesh size 505 microns. Tow type was oblique.

STATION - Combination cruise and station number
	Cruise.station (only the .station part entered as
	originator's station number).
LATITUDE - DD MM.MH
LONGITUDE -	DDD MM.M (all West)
DATE - Two formats, either month as roman numeral and day
	as arabic number, or MM/DD. All are 1967 except
	cruise 60 samples in January, which are 1968.
TIME - local midtime of plankton tow, HHMM
VOL - volume of water sampled, meters3
DEPTH - maximum depth below the surface, meters
TPV - total plankton volume, ml/1000m3, by displacement
SPV - small plankton volume, ml/1000m3, with all individuals
	greater than 5 ml removed
SHF - standard haul factor, to standardize fish eggs and
	larvae to numbers under 10 m2 of sea surface
TPV (10) - total plankton volume, ml/10m2
SPV (10) - small plankton volume, ml/10m2
